Clients are limited to creating a single account. Technical Center may suspend any additional accounts linked to the same client. Furthermore, Technical Center has the authority to verify the client's identity using any available communication method.

Product Specifications and Order Limits:

The client holds full responsibility for ensuring that the specifications mentioned on the product sales page align with their requirements. Technical Center guarantees that the product will be delivered in the exact condition as listed on the page. To avoid delays in the review process, it is crucial for the client to clearly communicate all specifications of the desired product when placing the order, such as color and model. Technical Center is committed to delivering products that match the specified order details.

Please note that the maximum order value should not exceed JD2000, excluding tax. For orders exceeding this amount, we kindly request clients to place their orders by sending us an email. This allows us to process and handle larger orders efficiently.

Limitation of Liability:

Technical Center shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to purchases caused by circumstances beyond our control. Please note that the quantities of products available at the time of placing an order are not displayed on our website. This is due to various factors, including simultaneous access by multiple customers, the possibility of "offline" orders, and fluctuating stock levels from our suppliers. As a result, we cannot guarantee the availability or allocation of specific quantities of the ordered goods.

Cancellation Notice and Administrative Charges:

A minimum notice period of 24 hours is required for cancellations. You may provide the cancellation notification via email or mobile phone text message. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a fee of 10 JD to cover any administrative expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Price, Tax, and Payment Policy:

Please note that all prices posted on our website do not include Sales Tax, but they do include other applicable duties such as customs and clearance fees. However, if the customer represents a tax-exempt institute, we kindly request a confirmation letter for verification purposes.

During the purchase process, at no point does Technical Center have access to the customer's credit card information. These costs are presented in the order summary at the checkout stage when finalizing your purchase.
