Refund Policy

Return Process Guidelines:

 

  • Please provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).

  • Returns are accepted only if the product when received is damaged or does not match the online description.

  • You can initiate a return for any stocked item within 7 days from the invoice date (unless stated otherwise).

 

If you receive a damaged or nonfunctional product during the shipping process, please contact our Technical Center Customer Service Center or send us a message via our contact page within 48 hours of receiving the order. In such cases, it is necessary to return all quantities of the affected item for testing purposes. Failure to return all ordered quantities will result in the rejection of the return process.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. If we confirm that the product has not been used, we will initiate the refund process promptly and in the appropriate manner. Our technical team will respond within 7 days of receiving the product.
If, during the inspection, we determine that the returned product does not meet the reasons stated in your request or has been used, the refund will not be processed, and the product will be returned to you.

 

How to Return a Product:


To return a product with return approval, you may deliver it to the Technical Center offices in Almuqablain within 10 days of receiving the approval.
